  • YOU MUST PURCHASE LYNC CRM BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THIS INTAKE FORM. This setup is a custom build out for your page by our team worth $149. This intake form is the required information we need to collect in order for us to properly lync all of your resources.

How The Setup Process Works

  • You will complete this new client intake survey in its entirety to ensure we have all the necessary information to develop your account. We will then be notified and your build goes into the fulfillment queue by order it is received. Our typical time to develop, quality check, and release for onboarding is about 1-3 business days average, however, with heavy volume this can vary up to 7 business days at times.

As your account is released, an onboarding text and email will be sent to you to schedule a 1-hour Zoom with our team to help take you through your account to get you started. On that call, we will cover A2P, AI agents, Calendar setup, and website.

There is an additional cost for certain premium features such as AI chat and AI voice calling, however, those costs are only for usage (minus 3rd party). We believe in offering a low cost monthly rate and pay-as-you-need usage for these features. This is a direct benefit in savings to our clients and allows the system costs to scale with your business activities.

We also offer custom setup services for an additional fee, if you prefer a more hands-off a more hands off approach. AI voice outbound agents are not included in the $149 monthly access, but are an add-on option

What kind of support do you offer?

We're committed to your success. LYNC CRM provides comprehensive training resources, including video tutorials and guides. We also offer dedicated email support to answer your questions and help you get the most out of the platform and a Facebook community to ask others for support. Lastly, being our CRM is built on a worldwide known and trusted base platform, so we have thousands of support videos and users to help.

Can I try LYNC CRM before I commit?

We do not offer any trials at this time, but what we can promise is that we will never hold you down on contracts if you decide it is not a good fit for you or your agency. Just cancel when you don't need it. No-Contracts.

How secure is my data in LYNC CRM?

We take data security very seriously. LYNC CRM employs industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive information. Your data is safe and confidential with us. Our system is HIPPA compliant, and our base provider follows SOC2 protocols. (Not SOC 2 Certified yet)

Can I integrate LYNC CRM with my existing tools?

Yes, LYNC CRM integrates with a wide range of popular tools and platforms, including email marketing services, calendar apps, and more. We're constantly adding new integrations to make your workflow even smoother. Anything with an API and webhook can work with LYNC.

What if I need help setting up LYNC CRM?

Our support packages outside of our onboarding Zoom call are additional cost. Our rates are $70 per hour for consultation support services if you are looking for custom setup, integrations, forms, surveys, or additional custom services such as custom domain setups or website adaptations/updates. Is AI voice agents or custom AI chatbots included in the $149?

Yes! We now include an AI chatbot and access to AI voice calling within your $149/month LYNC CRM subscription. Usage is additional, with chatbot responses averaging $0.04 each and AI voice calling just $0.26 a minute talk time only. This allows you to have an AI employee ready 24/7 on standby in which you only pay when your prospects and clients use it.
