    Billed for usage only, no additional monthly fee. Rate for making calls in LYNC are $0.028 per minute. $10 gives you about 355 minutes.

  • RECEIVING CALLS:

    Billed for usage only, no additional monthly fee. Rate for receiving calls in LYNC are $0.017 per minute. $10 gives you about 590 minutes.

  • TEXT MESSAGES:

    Billed for usage only, no additional monthly fee. Rate for sending text messages in LYNC are $0.017 per minute. $10 gives you about 635 messages.

    Billed per month on a subscription basis of $19.99 for access to hosting your WordPress account internally or to set up a new WordPress account in LYNC.

  • YEXT LISTING SERVICES: (INTERNAL 3RD PARTY TOOL OFFERING)

    Billed per month on a subscription basis of $49.00 for access to using the Yext Listing services internally in LYNC. Separate terms apply for YEXT when signing up.

  • MARKETING PROSPECTING REPORTING TOOL:

    Billed per month on a subscription basis of $39 for access to using unlimited internet exposure reports for marketing with widget to embed in site. services internally in LYNC. Separate terms apply for prospecting tool when signing up.

AUTO TOP-UP WALLET FEATURE

This let's you have the ability to use and scale without having to remember to top-up

Each LYNC CRM account features a "wallet" system that uses a top-off method to reduce the frequency of individual charges. When your wallet balance is topped up more than twice in a week, the system automatically increases the top-off amount to the next level (starting at $10, then $25, $100, $250, and so on to prevent you having excess billing charges on your card).

This automated process is designed to streamline billing and ensure uninterrupted access to services. While admins have the ability to disable or adjust this feature in the billing account settings, doing so may result in your system not functioning properly—potentially disabling important alerts, actions, or other features. We strongly recommend keeping this feature active and configuring your top-up amounts as needed for optimal performance.

We believe in offering a low cost monthly rate and pay-as-you-need usage for these features. This is a direct benefit in savings to our clients and allows the system costs to scale with your business activities.

We also offer custom setup services for an additional fee, if you prefer a more hands-off a more hands off approach. AI voice outbound agents are not included in the $149 monthly access, but are an add-on option

What kind of support do you offer?

We're committed to your success. LYNC CRM provides comprehensive training resources, including video tutorials and guides. We also offer dedicated email support to answer your questions and help you get the most out of the platform and a Facebook community to ask others for support. Lastly, being our CRM is built on a worldwide known and trusted base platform, so we have thousands of support videos and users to help.

Can I try LYNC CRM before I commit?

We do not offer any trials at this time, but what we can promise is that we will never hold you down on contracts if you decide it is not a good fit for you or your agency. Just cancel when you don't need it. No-Contracts.

How secure is my data in LYNC CRM?

Yes! We now include an AI chatbot and access to AI voice calling within your $149/month LYNC CRM subscription. Usage is additional, with chatbot responses averaging $0.04 each and AI voice calling just $0.26 a minute talk time only. This allows you to have an AI employee ready 24/7 on standby in which you only pay when your prospects and clients use it.
