Do you offer refunds if I’m unhappy with the outcome?

We recommend the agent, agency owner, or whoever manages your email/domain settings be present. If you have an IT support person, they’re welcome to join as well to speed up technical steps.

Can you guarantee specific results or revenue gains?

No. We build and configure the requested automations, AI agents, templates, or funnels, but performance depends on many factors outside our control—such as lead quality, market conditions, and how you use the tools.

What happens to my custom work if I leave the LYNC platform?

All assets remain inside your LYNC account. Most items (automations, AI agents, email templates, funnels) are not transferable to other systems because they rely on LYNC-specific features and APIs.

How is pricing structured?

Support is billed in one-hour blocks at $75 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Larger projects are scoped in estimated hours and must be paid in advance before work begins.

What if a task takes longer than the hour I originally purchased?

If we reach the end of your prepaid hour and additional time is required, we’ll let you know and email an invoice before the call ends (or before work continues, if we’re working off-call). Work resumes once the balance is settled.

Do unused minutes roll over or receive partial refunds?

No. Billing is in whole-hour increments; any unused time within that hour is not refunded or credited.

Do I have to stay on a Zoom call while you work?

Not necessarily. Our intake survey lets you choose: Live Zoom session – collaborate in real time, ask questions, and see progress. Async service – we work in the background and update you by email or text. Either way, the hourly rate is the same.

How do I get started?
