What is LYNC CRM?

A High Level-powered, insurance-specific CRM bundle that ships with pre-built websites, automations, quoting tools, AI voice & chat agents, and compliance-ready workflows for Medicare, health, and life agents.

Who is LYNC CRM for?

Independent agents, agencies, FMOs, and marketing organizations that want an all-in-one platform without building everything from scratch.

Do I need special skills to use LYNC CRM?

Not at all. This platform is made for agents who need to adopt technology in the simplest manner possible. We can help you in multiple ways from having systems pre-built to offering white-glove service and setup and our video training library for the DIY'ers. If you need a simple solution. LYNC is the solution you need.

Sign-Up & Onboarding

How do I get signed up for LYNC?

It's easy! Simply go to the top of the page under packages, choose between a single-user account for agents or multi-user accounts for agencies, then decide whether you want to pay monthly or save money and sign up for the annual option. From there we help you step-by-step.

Are there any contracts with LYNC?

No contracts. Subscriptions are month-to-month or annual (annual plans receive a small discount and are not refundable, but we never require any contracts.)

What happens after purchase?

Our AI deploys your snapshot, then forwards you to a nine-part video onboarding series. You’ll also receive a welcome email with your login link and 2-FA setup instructions.

Can someone walk me through setup?

Yes—schedule a paid White-Glove Onboarding session and we’ll guide you live.

Platform Features

Which tools come pre-loaded?

Agent/agency landing page, insurance quoting widget, 55+ automations, book-of-business pipelines, AI voice & chat templates, review campaigns, social planner, and compliance forms.

Can I connect my own domain & email?

Yes. DNS instructions are provided in onboarding videos, or our support team can handle it as a billable service.

Do calendars sync automatically?

A starter calendar template is included; you simply connect Google or Outlook during onboarding.

AI Agents & Automations

Are the AI agents ready out of the box?

They arrive with best-practice prompts. You only add your branding details and—if needed—booking links.

Can you custom-train an AI agent for me?

Yes. Book Custom Development time ($75/hr, 1-hr minimum) and we’ll build scripts, live-transfer logic, or specialty intents.

Will AI handle my outbound calling?

LYNC currently focuses on inbound AI. Custom outbound workflows can be scoped as paid projects.

Additional Services

What “Custom Development” covers

Personalized automations, AI tuning, HTML email design, single-policy funnels, form/survey builds, integrations, and more.

How is it billed?

$75 per hour, 1-hour minimum, prepaid. Unused minutes in an hour are not refunded. Extra time is invoiced before further work continues. If you choose any of our additional services, each will have its either one-time cost or subscription option which you can take advantage of at anytime as a LYNC client.

Do you offer marketing collateral?

Yes—logo creation, QR flyers, social-media content, and podcast production are available à la carte.

Billing & Refunds

What’s included in my subscription fee?

Platform access, snapshot updates, core support, and ongoing feature releases. Usage-based costs (A2P, AI voice minutes, ChatGPT tokens) are billed separately.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the instant-delivery nature of SaaS and custom work, all sales are final. We will, however, make reasonable adjustments to ensure functions work as described.

When is payment due for larger projects?

All estimated hours must be prepaid before we begin.

Affiliate Program

How do I earn commissions?

Join our affiliate portal (link at top of site), grab your unique URL, and share it. You earn 15 % recurring on every subscription and add-on your referrals purchase—no cap, paid for the life of the account.

Is training provided?

Yes. The portal includes swipe copy, videos, and graphics. An FMO-level package with multi-tier tracking is coming soon.

When are payouts issued?

Monthly, via pay method of your choice, net-30 on the month following the month of the sale.

Support & Training

What support channels are available?

24/7 in-app live chat with human agents, AI support bot, email ticketing, and a community group.

Where can I find tutorials?

Inside your dashboard: Video Library, searchable Knowledge Base, and step-by-step GIF guides.

Do I have to be on Zoom while you work?

Optional. Choose live-call or asynchronous service in the intake survey.

Data Security & Compliance

Is LYNC HIPAA compliant?

Yes—data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and 2-FA is required for all logins.

How do you handle A2P 10DLC?

Guided walkthroughs and documentation are provided under “Compliance Guides”; A2P registration fees are passed through at cost.

Can I export my data if I leave?

At anytime you can export through creating a CSV exports of contacts and opportunities. Custom assets (funnels, automations) remain in-platform and are not port-compatible with other CRMs.
