This Refund & No-Contract Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services offered by LYNC CRM (“LYNC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to monthly and annual subscription plans, one-time setup fees, add-on services, and any accessories or ancillary products (collectively, “Services”).
2. No-Contract Guarantee
a. LYNC operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contractual obligation.
b. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing cycle.
c. LYNC does not require you to enter into any fixed-term contracts or commitments.
3. No Refunds
a. All fees, including but not limited to subscription fees (monthly or annual), setup fees, usage-based charges, and payments for additional services or accessories, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. No credits, proration, or reimbursement will be issued for partial months, early cancellations, downgrades, suspensions, or for any other reason whatsoever.
c. There are no money-back guarantees on any Services.
4. No Exceptions
LYNC maintains a strict no-refund policy. No exceptions will be made, including but not limited to:
Billing errors or disputes (all such matters will be handled via account credits at LYNC’s sole discretion, but never through refunds)Service dissatisfaction, Feature deprecation, or modification, Early termination of an annual subscription
