Where is LYNC CRM headquartered, and where do its team members work?

We’re proud to call Shreveport, Louisiana, our home base, though our founders operate between Louisiana and Arkansas. In fact, our support team is fully remote, spread out across the U.S., allowing us to provide assistance from multiple time zones. Meanwhile, much of our development team is local, ensuring tight collaboration and rapid product improvements.

Is LYNC CRM compliant with HIPAA regulations?

Yes! We take client data security and privacy very seriously. Our CRM platform follows strict HIPAA requirements, meaning any protected health information is kept secure through robust encryption, access controls, and auditing.

Are your founders also licensed in insurance?

Yes. Both of our founders have insurance licenses, but only one actively helps agents with carrier contracting outside of LYNC CRM. The other is completely focused on building and enhancing our tech solutions to serve agents.

Do you share user data with carriers or outside FMOs?

No. We’re FMO-neutral, which means we don’t partner with any specific insurance marketing organization or carrier. All data remains fully confidential and is never shared without your explicit permission. We believe in giving agents complete control over their leads, clients, and business information.
