Our custom setup services provide expert assistance to configure your LYNC CRM account according to your specific needs. We can help with everything from website domain hosting and initial design to A2P campaign setup, phone number configuration, and custom automation workflows. This ensures your LYNC CRM is optimized for your agency from day one. These services are provided for an additional fee than the standard monthly access and are not included within our standard support services through email and website chat, which are standard.
Simply visit the store above, select the custom support option, which is 1 hour minimum. You can then complete your purchase securely through our PayPal links. Once we receive your order, you will be directed to a calendar to schedule your call with our team to review your request. From there, we will assist you and if it requires additional time, we can alert you to the estimated additional time to complete the custom service.
Please note: Some services such as A2P can require multiple attempts if not initially approved, in which the fee can increase due to services like this requiring additional time resources if not accepted in a submission. We like to cover these fees in advance to keep you up to date.
Once your payment is processed, you will be asked to complete our new agent intake form for your LYNC landing page creation we setup for you within your purchase. You will not receive access until this setup is complete. Most setups are completed the same or following day, however, depending on their nature, they can take longer.

The completion time varies depending on the specific service and its complexity. Some services can be completed within a few hours, while others may take a few business days. We will provide you with an estimated timeline after reviewing your order based on our current teams workload and the projects requirements to keep you up to date as we progress. These alerts often times come from T-Squared for custom services.
