We send you an onboarding form post-purchase, which we have you complete and then once we receive it, we begin your custom buildout. Typically, expect 2-3 business days per bundle average, although some are sooner. When we have them completed, we will notify you by email with instructions and training.

• We will integrate it within your Lync CRM account for the following expectations.
