This agent is an inbound AI voice agent trained on your agency's information, such as:

1. Hours of Operation: Live transfer during certain hours, take messages after-hours.

2. Name & Location Information: Your AI Agent will know who it works for and where its at.

3. Live Transfers: Your AI can transfer between different departments. (No extensions or IVR)

4. Scheduling Appointments: Your AI can use GHL calendars and Calendly to schedule call backs.

5. Custom Knowledge Base: We collect and fill the AI's FAQ with all your off-script topics.

6. Integration: We map your AI inbound agent to LYNC CRM accounts for post-call summaries.

We manage your agents within our monthly maintenance fee. This includes 500 minutes per month within your plan. Any additional minutes within the month will be charged at $0.20 a minute.
